Managing Your Budget
"Income" comes from player fees. Costs will include tournament registrations, YBOA / AAU coach and player registrations, gym rentals for practice, basketballs, insurance, uniforms, and administrative costs. Pricing for the season was determined to give your team the chance practice 2-3 times per week and play in 5-6 tournaments. Coaches are expected to manage their budget within these parameters. Think about reserving funds to use for a special gift for the players (trophies, etc.) at the end of the season as well. Contact Ralph Smith at the email address below for trophy options.
